1. Think-big (look at the big picture of your relationships, it's not just about you)
2. Think-smart (think in simple terms, one step at time, small changes versus big changes)
3. Get-over (forgive and forgive again)
4. Say-yes (try to get to yes vs. no)
5. Choose-battles (count the cost, in an argument ask "Is it worth it to say what I'm about to?")
6. Stop-it (Just stop it! - or get help)
7. Shut-up (know when to be quite and let silence work in your relationship)
8. Stop-fighting (constant conflict will kill you and relationships, ongoing bickering is not healthy)
9. Move-on (don’t live in the past, focus on what could be versus what was or is)
10. Show-up (there's value in hanging in there even when you don’t feel like it)
