Sly, I feel The Marriage Turnaround can be helpful in your situation. The book encourages couples to reframe the way they see their problems, spouse and even the future of their marriage. It helps you separate feelings from whats true and factual. Separation can be helpful in some situations, but separations that are structured are most effective. Structured separations are those that are guided and have some level of plan, not simply separating phsically. I encourage you or both of you to seek counseling during this process. Someone from the outside can provide unbiased direction and insight into your problems. I recommend a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who believes in reconciliation versus divorce as an answer to marriage problems. 1 800AFamily offers a free counseling referal in most areas of the U.S.
You will be in my prayers.
Mitch .
Bromlyn,
Thanks for the reminder. You are right, the Bible is the ultimate authority and direction in life. Anything any of us writes is only a human expression of what we have learned in life. The holy scriptures will provide transformation when nothing else can. God bless you.
John 8:32.

The best book to turn you around is The Bible. God loves you inspite of your flaws, do you love that way?

I thought it was an excelent book. I have never read an entire book in one day, but this last Saturday I read it front to back. Could not put it down and cant wait to pick it back up as a resource as I follow through with the advice.

Finished your book a couple months ago. I must say it has some amazing as well as timeless insight. I'm trying to put into action the wealth of knowledge that's packed into that little book. One of the best books on marriage I've ever read. Thank you so much for writing it. Continue to pray for me and my wife. Still trying to make things work. Thanks.
Eric, Thank you so much. I will continue to pray for you and your wife. Just doing the "little" simple things on an ongoing basis can make a huge difference. Hang in there and keep your attitude and actions on the right track best you can. Its not an exact science but something you get the feel for, like dancing. You learn when to step in and step out, slow down, speed up or take a breather. Stay in the process, one step at time.

Could I ask you and others who have read the book to do me a favour? Go on Amazon.com and write a review for the book. The difference between some people reading the book and not often comes down to how many reviews are posted and the impact the book has on others. Thank you in advance.
